V带轮
带轮设计的内容
根据带轮的基准直径或有效直径,带轮转速等已知条件,确定带轮的材料,结构形式,轮槽、轮辐和轮毂的几何尺寸、公差和表面粗糙度以及相关技术要求。
带轮的材料及质量要求
带轮可以由能够被加工成符合标准规定尺寸和公差,并能承受各种工作条件(包括温升、机械应力、摩擦等各种环境)而不损坏的材料制造。带轮材料应适于发散由传动中产生的热量。V带轮的常用材料是铸铁,如HT150、HT200。
转速较高时则宜采用铸钢,也可用钢板冲压后焊接而成。小功率传动可用铸铝或塑料。
带轮的技术要求
带轮结构应便于制造,质量分布均匀,重量轻,避免由于制造产生过大的内应力。
V带轮槽工作表面粗糙度Ra为3.2μm,轴孔表面为3.2μm,轮缘棱边为6.3μm,轮槽的棱边应倒角或倒圆。
V带轮外圆的径向圆跳动和基准圆的斜向圆跳动公差t不得大于表13-1-46的规定。
槽轮对称平面与带轮轴线垂直度允差±30'。
带轮的平衡,带轮转速小于或等于带轮极限速度时要进行静平衡,带轮转速大于带轮极限速度时要进行动平衡。
V带轮的结构尺寸和规格
带轮由轮缘,轮辐和轮毂三部分组成。V带轮的直径系列见表13-1-40、表13-1-41,轮槽截面尺寸见表13-1-42、表13-1-43,带轮的典型结构形式有实心轮、辐板轮、孔板轮和椭圆辐轮,见表13-1-47和图 13-1-5。
