鼓形和山形密封圈
鼓形和山形橡胶密封圈(图18-5-2)都适用于往复运动在液压缸活塞上起密封作用,并已标准化,有两种基本形式:第一种形式由一个鼓形夹织物橡胶密封圈和两个L形塑料环组成,如图18-5-2 (a)所示; 第二种形式由一个山形橡胶密封圈和两个J形塑料 环、两个矩形塑料环组成,如图18-5-2 (b)所示。
山形密封圈与鼓形密封圈的密封机理相同,下面以鼓形密封圈为例说明其密封机理。
鼓形密封圈的中间是一个鼓形橡胶圈,两侧是夹织物层,再两侧是酚醛树脂制的环,三者合成一体。鼓形橡胶圈相当于唇部,工作时,唇部以一定的预接触压力进行密封,同时两侧的夹织物层饱吸润滑剂,在缸壁之间的间隙处形成油楔,保证唇部得到良好的润滑。所以这种密封摩擦小、磨损少。最外层的两只挡环(支承环及导向环),保证密封圈不发生“挤出" 现象,同时也无异常响声和“反转”事故,因此工作稳定。它比用两个Y形密封圈简单,可以减轻活塞的质量,适用于双向密封。
