V形密封圈
V形密封圈是一种唇形密封圈,主要用于往复运动,作活塞或活塞杆的密封。V形圈的唇口有“自 封”作用。其结构如图18-5-1所示。
V形圈有如下特点:
① 密封性能良好;
② 允许一定的偏心载荷和偏心运动;
③ 可以多圈重叠使用,并通过调节压紧力来获得最佳密封效果;
④ 耐冲击压力和振动压力;
⑤ 当填料不能从轴向装入时,可以开切口使用,只要安装时将切口互相错开,不影响密封效果。
V形圈密封适用于液压油、水和乳化液等介质, 使用压力可达40MPa以上,表面线速度可在0.5m/s, 使用温度可在-30~120℃范围内。如采用塑料支承环时,使用温度一般不高于100℃。在高温或在特种液压油如耐燃油中,必须使用夹织物橡胶圈;使用温度-50~140℃时,可采用棉帆布氟橡胶;若用石棉氟橡胶,使用温度可为-50~160℃,短时期内可达200℃。
